He contacts you to keep you abreast of each step of the process in construction process. His company installed a new roof and worked hand in hand with the adjuster and insurance company representative. His team also did ceiling repairs caused by the roof damage.

I used Roof2Roof for an insurance claim for a totally new roof after a hail storm. JJ Garda spent quite a bit of time evaluating my roof and evaluating the property, as opposed to other bidders we had, which spent about a whole 10 minutes walking around the house.

Once we agreed, the job included shingles, gutters, landscaping, fencing, ground lighting and even HVAC cover grille. Mr. Garza's estimate was not only fair, but in addition, the team at Roof@ Roof walked me thru the claim process making it as seamless as possible. They pointed out nuances in policies and what to expect as I worked through my first roof claim against my house.

The crew was pleasant and respectful. The repairs were made on time with no additional cost. The work site was left clean as expected. The job was done on time and perfect.

When we listed our home for sale in January 2015, we never imagined that our buyer's inspection report would uncover major repairs. Unfortunately - we were wrong. The home inspector found significant hail damage and in order to sell our home on our closing date of March 6, we needed a complete roof replacement to be completed by Feb. 20. We were incredibly concerned, as we had never filed a claim on our home owners insurance and also never completed such a major repair. After interviewing five roofers based in-and-around Rowlett, it was clear that Roof2Roof was the only company we'd feel comfortable working with.

While other roofers inspected our home for 5-10 minutes and relied on satellite images (some didn't even physically look at the roof!), J.J. Garza spent more than an hour on-site reviewing all of the hail damage and carefully explaining the damages he found. He also took great care to detail the necessary repairs as well as necessary steps that we'd need to take to file the home owner's insurance claim. There was no question in our mind that J.J. is the real deal - he understands not only roofing and construction, but also the insurance industry. He was incredibly prompt when accompanying our claims adjuster to review the damage and was always very easy to connect with via phone or email whenever we had questions. I should also mention here that we had a fantastic experience working with Maribel Garza. When we set up the appointment she was incredibly friendly and helpful, and also did a great job handling all of the paperwork, including our warranty.
